Remedial System Technician

We are seeking an experienced full-time Remedial System Technician for our Remedial Construction group.

Duties

  • Operation and maintenance of a variety of soil and groundwater remediation systems, including, but not limited to, soil vapor extraction, air sparge, hi vacuum/dual phase extraction, oxygen injection and product recovery.
  • Additional duties include installation and decommissioning of systems, performance of pilot tests, site inspections, and soil and groundwater sampling.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot pumps and electronic controls
  • Valid NYS Driver License
  • 40 Hour HAZWOPER certification
  • Experience with NYSDEC standby contracts a plus
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment a plus

Salary Range: $22 - $30 per hour
