Senior Manager FP&A (Zürich)

We're looking for a Senior Manager FP&A/ Controller to oversee global financial accounting and reporting, technical accounting and procurement activities at our rapidly growing startup. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, the Sr. Manager FP&A/ Controller will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all global financial data.

What You’ll Do

Lead global financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes to align with the company’s strategic goals
Establish and maintain strong global financial controls and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards to optimize performance and mitigate risks
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making processes
Analyze financial data, including profit and cost analyses, and create reports for leadership in support of improvements or strategic changes
Establish and maintain end-to-end procurement processes with accountability for 3rd party vendor/ tool selection, vendor onboarding, invoice payment, vendor management and vendor offboarding
Oversee the global finance and accounting practices and processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with global accounting standards
Implement scalable processes and tools for budget management and reporting
Complete global payroll, tax and compliance reporting
Lead global financial audits from preparation to completion
Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes, systems, and tools to support the company’s rapid growth

What You’ll Bring

6+ years in FP&A or Strategic Finance with experience at a high growth startup
BS/BA in Accounting or Finance or MS/MBA
CFA/CPA is a bonus
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, including expertise with Excel, Google Sheets, SQ, etc.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts to cross-functional teams
