We have a bright and modern office which you can work from throughout the week and 3  core office days per week (Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday) where the whole team comes together with free lunch provided.

About the role 

As our Client Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using Lantum’s product and services. 

You will be allocated a ‘Region’ across the UK where you will be responsible for overseeing growth, and managing the subscribing clients within. Working with a varied client base, all with different needs, you will need to understand the key drivers to revenue within your Region, and know who to collaborate with to get the results you need. 

You will work with the wider Primary Care Commercial team regularly to problem solve, and create initiatives that will drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Growing engagement and usage of the Lantum platform across your Client base 
  • Renewing and retaining subscriptions  
  • Delivering a ‘best in class’ service to our Clients.
  • Identifying opportunities for growth across your Region, and collaborating with other areas of the business to deliver.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key Stakeholders across a varied Client base.

We’ll be looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar role (CSM, Account Management,  Client Facing Project Management, or Sales)
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to analyse client data, usage patterns, and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), customer success platforms, and other relevant software is a bonus.

Interview Process

  • Talent Screen: We’ll book you in for a quick introductory chat, and to answer any initial questions you might have.
  • Meet your manager: We’ll book you in for a first interview with your potential future manager, so you can learn more about the role and we get a deeper understanding of your experience.
  • Values Interview: You’ll meet more members of the team to talk about the Lantum Values. This will be an opportunity for them to ask competency questions and also the chance for you to ask questions about life at Lantum.
  • Challenge Interview: This is the “practical” interview stage in the process. We will provide you with a scenario or problem to solve, which enables you to bring your skills to life. This will take place with a group of stakeholders.
