Vice President, Product Management

LastPass is looking for a Vice President, Product Management:

We’re looking for a VP, Product Management who will lead our product strategy, define our roadmap and deliver delightful products that earn loyal customers.

Who will you work with?

In this role, you will collaborate with teams across the company including product managers, user experience design, engineering, sales, customer success, marketing and finance. You will help us make our products better and deliver improved business outcomes.

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

• Define a multi-year product strategy
• Set the standards for product excellence, especially customer value attainment
• Establish a repeatable process by which customer and market signals are collected and synthesized
• Utilize a structured prioritization process to define product roadmaps
• Collaborate with our engineering teams to implement our roadmaps in a timely, predictable manner
• Communicate our product vision and strategy to the market, including customers, partners, analysts and our internal teams

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $262,000 in the lowest geographic market and up to $300,000 per year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
