Debt Resolutions Manager

We are looking for an experienced Debt Resolutions Manager to join our team.

• Develop and manage comprehensive debt resolution programs to assist members in overcoming financial challenges.
• Supervise and mentor a team of debt resolution specialists, ensuring they provide exceptional service and support to members.
• Work directly with members to assess their financial situations, providing tailored solutions and guidance to help them achieve debt resolution.
• Partner with other departments to ensure a holistic approach to member financial health, including loan modifications and financial education.
• Monitor and analyze program performance metrics to identify trends, improve services, and report findings to senior management.
• Ensure all debt resolution practices comply with applicable regulations and internal policies, maintaining a high standard of ethical conduct.
• Develop and facilitate workshops or resources to educate members on debt management, budgeting, and financial planning.

• 3+ years of relevant experience is required.
• 2+ years of relevant managerial experience is required.
• An active Pubic Trust or ability to obtain one is required.
• Strong understanding of debt management strategies, financial regulations, and credit union operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on empathy and member support.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
