Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Manager with an exceptional track record in Department of Defense (DoD) sales. This individual will play a critical role in identifying and capturing strategic business opportunities within the DoD sector, leveraging their extensive network and knowledge of the defense market. Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Market Analysis:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve growth in DoD markets.
  • Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for shaping company objectives in the defense sector.
  • Opportunity Identification and Capture:
  • Identify, qualify, and prioritize DoD opportunities in alignment with the company’s capabilities and goals.
  • Lead the capture process, including bid/no-bid decisions, proposal development, and customer engagement.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, program managers, and acquisition officials within DoD agencies.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for DoD customers, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Understand customer mission needs and translate them into actionable business solutions.
