Fully Remote Senior ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (Federal Government Experience Required)

Due to Government Contract, all viable candidates must be US Citizens due to the requirement of obtaining a DHS TSA Security clearance for this position

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to optimize business processes and drive operational efficiency for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, extensive experience in business process analysis, and a proven track record of successfully delivering ServiceNow projects.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, processes, and requirements.
• Lead workshops and discovery sessions to gather business requirements and define solution design.
• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions to automate and optimize business processes.
• Develop comprehensive business process documentation, including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and ITSM.
• Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on best practices for leveraging ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Lead and mentor junior consultants on ServiceNow implementation projects.
• Conduct user training sessions and workshops to ensure successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions.

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• 7+ years related work experience
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a DHS TSA clearance
