Sr. Database Engineer (Secret Clearance Required)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Database Engineer with expertise in NoSQL databases and experience with ELT/ETL data flows to join our team. The Senior Database Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our database systems, as well as optimizing data flows and processes for maximum efficiency and performance. Active Secret Clearance required.

• Design, develop, and maintain database systems using NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, Couchbase)
• Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity
• Develop and implement ELT/ETL data flows to extract, transform, and load data from various sources
• Collaborate with data architects, developers, and other stakeholders to design and implement database solutions
• Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues
• Develop and maintain documentation of database systems and processes
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in database technology
• Mentor junior database engineers and provide technical guidance
