Position Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of procurement strategies, supplier management, and ERP system implementation and optimization. This role is critical to ensuring seamless production workflows, cost-effective procurement, and timely delivery of high-quality products.


Responsibilities:
  • Supply Chain Strategy and Management:
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, engineering, and finance, to align supply chain operations with company goals.
  • Monitor supply chain KPIs, analyze performance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Procurement and Supplier Management:
  • Oversee procurement processes, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including alternative supplier sourcing and inventory buffering strategies.
  • ERP Systems and Process Optimization:
  • Lead ERP system utilization to streamline supply chain and procurement workflows.
  • Ensure accurate ERP data for inventory management, production planning, and order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with IT and operational teams to troubleshoot and enhance ERP system capabilities.
  • Inventory and Production Coordination:
  • Manage inventory levels to balance production needs and minimize holding costs.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
  • Oversee demand forecasting and material planning to support manufacturing schedules.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance, cost savings, and process improvements.
