Lead - 1st Shift Bread Packaging

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $24.00

Shift Differential

2nd Shift $1.00

3rd Shift $2.00

As the Production Lead, you will work with your staff to ensure the line is ran at the appropriate speed and that quality standards are upheld. Your shift will begin early mornings and be 12 hours in length.

You Will:

Report all equipment issues to managers and repair technicians
Have desire and ability to do basic troubleshooting on an automated line
Ensure all employees are trained to operate equipment properly and safely, according to manufacturer’s recommendations
Advocate for Conagra's quality and safety standards
Comply with and enforce all Boulder Brands policies, procedures, and practices
Manage staff and work assigned for efficiency and safety
Work within a plantwide team to achieve results
Record/Log all production data accurately and be detailed

You Have:

Must be able to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
Ability to communicate in written and verbal form
Be able stand and walk for extended periods of time, working 12 hour shifts, 3-4 weekdays a week
Have ability to give and take direction in high pressure situations
Be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
Must be able to work and succeed in a fast paced environment and adapt to change
Three (3) years manufacturing experience preferably in a commercial bakery
Aware of food safety risks and escalates found risks to lead/supervisor.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
