We are currently seeking a Lead HR Technology Analyst to join our Workforce Analytics & Planning team, and we are open to remote work arrangements anywhere in the US.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Manage our People Analytics Power BI tenant ensuring development standards are being met and updated regularly to meet business needs
- Build and maintain People Analytics dashboards for partners and client groups across HR by understanding and gathering requirements, defining solutions, validating results, documenting technical specifications, and presenting out to clients
- Plan, lead and implement intermediate application configuration changes (e.g., workflow, rules, etc.) and maintain documentation for business process maps, workbooks, and procedures as needed to address business needs
- Facilitate and fulfill ad hoc requests for data by querying SAP Business Objects, SQL Server and SAP application
- Manage data governance including user security access to data and dashboards
- Maintain awareness of vendor plans and the potential impact of those plans on current and future functionality
- Maintain internal website for Workforce Analytics & Planning department and coordinate the administration of our internal website with other departments by ensuring the information is current and site navigation functions smoothly
- Advise and partner with cross functional areas on critical initiatives that impact or use People Analytic's data
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned
WE WANT YOU TO HAVE:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, training, and education
- Demonstrated ability in data visualization, Power BI development and querying languages and capabilities (SQL, U-SQL, Python, DAX, etc.)
- Experience developing reporting with SAP Business Objects and Power Automate preferred
- Ability to decipher and organize large amounts of data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to translate sophisticated problems clearly and in nontechnical terms
- Strong project management skills and the ability to adjust quickly to competing priorities
