Engagement surveys are an important strategic pillar for Lattice and central to our company's mission of “making work meaningful”. They provide companies with cultural assessments allowing them to build engaged teams and retain key talent.
This is a unique role that involves growing the Engagement survey product to serve the needs of HR and Executive leaders. You’ll work closely with your engineering and design counterparts, as well as go-to-market teams, to deliver feature enhancements and strategic initiatives. This is a remote role and is an excellent opportunity if you thrive working on highly impactful and visible products.
