We are looking for a talented Learning Program manager driven by building relationships and being a key contributor to setting the strategic direction of major accounts, performing activities related to Udemy Business product administration, end-user management and communication, and adoption of best practices related to configuration management and continuous integration and delivery.
Responsibilities include overseeing and directly managing a portfolio of customers focused on increasing utilization of Udemy’s solutions and driving impact throughout our customer's organizations.
Reporting to the Director, Professional Services, you’re a strong customer-first advocate who loves finding innovative solutions to meet customer needs by supporting learning strategy design and development, building relationships with cross-functional customer stakeholders, and executing learning program tactics.
