About this role


We are looking for a talented Learning Program manager driven by building relationships and being a key contributor to setting the strategic direction of major accounts, performing activities related to Udemy Business product administration, end-user management and communication, and adoption of best practices related to configuration management and continuous integration and delivery. 


Responsibilities include overseeing and directly managing a portfolio of customers focused on increasing utilization of Udemy’s solutions and driving impact throughout our customer's organizations. 


Reporting to the Director, Professional Services, you’re a strong customer-first advocate who loves finding innovative solutions to meet customer needs by supporting learning strategy design and development, building relationships with cross-functional customer stakeholders, and executing learning program tactics.


What you'll be doing:


  • Overseeing the learning program strategies design, development, and execution 
  • Translating program needs into an actionable plan and balance quality of learning experience, available capabilities, capacity, and operational costs
  • Organizing the needs, concerns, and desires of our customers into an evolving learning program while driving clarity and minimizing complexity
  • Developing relationships with key stakeholders within accounts teams to create accounts project plans and align these plans with customer learning program goals
  • Managing Udemy business product administration like answering end user questions, troubleshooting and addressing issues
  • Establishing and reviewing workflow strategies, patterns, and making best practices recommendations


What you’ll have:


  • 5+ years of relevant work experience as a customer-facing program manager for an EdTech company focused on the delivery of customer solutions
  • Demonstrated history in learning program management and change management, working with large organizations
  • A proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • The ability to develop and maintain a passion for the customer’s vision with our internal team.
  • A disciplined and organized mindset that enables you to multitask across as many as 5 customers at a time
  • The ability to keep others on task through influence, and to separate out the critical from the not-so-critical

Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, and specific work location due to differences in the cost of labor. In addition to a base salary, this role is also eligible for benefits and equity.


Hiring Compensation Range

$112,000—$140,000 USD
