We are looking for an In-Office Sales Training Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in equipping new sales team members with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and conduct comprehensive sales training programs tailored to the Lendbuzz Sales Process. Through your guidance and expertise, you will empower account managers to effectively promote our lending products, build strong relationships with dealerships, and achieve sales targets while safeguarding our interests.
