Loan Servicing Specialist
As a Loan Servicing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting Aussie Select customers by managing a range of phone and case-based servicing tasks. This position is focused on delivering exceptional customer service through coordinating discharges, consents, and in-life loan requests and actioning loan changes to ensure smooth processing.
Key Focus of the Role:
You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls and case management tasks, focusing on ensuring that all administrative and servicing activities are completed accurately and efficiently. The primary focus of this role is managing an inbound call queue, with the potential to be rostered for 5-7 hours of inbound calls daily, averaging 25 calls per day. This role is ideal for individuals who love speaking to people, pay close attention to detail, and take a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Standard Hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Sydney Time, Monday to Friday.
Flexibility: As business needs require, hours may extend beyond the above-listed standard working times, including potential Saturdays. The role supports a flex-first work model, allowing you to primarily work from home with occasional in-office attendance for training and team events.
Responsibilities
Complete loan servicing activities, including discharges, consents, loan changes, and administrative and reporting updates, while ensuring compliance with data protection and regulatory standards. Professionally handle objections and complaints and resolve complex issues by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and drive process improvements to enhance both efficiency and customer satisfaction.
