Job Description

Loan Servicing Specialist

As a Loan Servicing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting Aussie Select customers by managing a range of phone and case-based servicing tasks. This position is focused on delivering exceptional customer service through coordinating discharges, consents, and in-life loan requests and actioning loan changes to ensure smooth processing.

Key Focus of the Role:
You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls and case management tasks, focusing on ensuring that all administrative and servicing activities are completed accurately and efficiently. The primary focus of this role is managing an inbound call queue, with the potential to be rostered for 5-7 hours of inbound calls daily, averaging 25 calls per day. This role is ideal for individuals who love speaking to people, pay close attention to detail, and take a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Standard Hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Sydney Time, Monday to Friday.

Flexibility: As business needs require, hours may extend beyond the above-listed standard working times, including potential Saturdays. The role supports a flex-first work model, allowing you to primarily work from home with occasional in-office attendance for training and team events.

Responsibilities

Complete loan servicing activities, including discharges, consents, loan changes, and administrative and reporting updates, while ensuring compliance with data protection and regulatory standards. Professionally handle objections and complaints and resolve complex issues by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and drive process improvements to enhance both efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in banking or finance is preferred in a loan servicing, customer service, or administration role.
  • Preferred proficiency in CRM software and  required proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Australian home loan industry practices is advantageous.

How To Flex-first 
 
You must have a stable fixed internet connection (minimum 25mbps) An ample working space with office table and chair is also required. Lendi will provide you with your equipment such as a laptop, extra monitor, mouse, keyboard, headset, & laptop riser.
