Spanish Speaking Technical Support for Customers - Remote in Greece

We are currently seeking a Spanish Speaking Technical Support Representative to help our customers remotely from Greece. This role suits individuals with strong technical skills who are dedicated to delivering exceptional support to Spanish-speaking clients in a flexible and remote work setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support to Spanish-speaking customers through phone, email, and live chat.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to our products and services efficiently.
• Guide customers in understanding product features and functionalities to enhance their user experience.
• Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate any unresolved issues and provide customer feedback for product improvement.
• Perform follow-ups with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
• Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to continue delivering effective support.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role is highly preferred.
• Strong technical ability and understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with CRM software and remote support tools is an advantage.
• Able to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple tasks effectively.
