In this role, you'll: Shape the future of global platforms: Dive deep into the workflows and ecosystems that power Lenovo's worldwide teams. Your designs will solve complex problems, scale to meet diverse needs, and deliver measurable impact. Collaborate across global teams: Work closely with UX, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure user-centered solutions are driving cross-functional success. Lead design and research efforts: Play a key role in shaping experiences, from conducting user research to developing design systems that ensure cohesive, intuitive products across our platforms. Champion design culture: Influence the entire organization by promoting a design-driven mindset, ensuring that design principles are embedded at every level of the company. Mentor and inspire: Guide junior designers and foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and creativity, helping to grow the next generation of design talent. Required Qualifications: 7 plus years of experience in designing impactful, human-centered solutions, with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create thoughtful, scalable user experiences. BA degree in relevant field. Preferred Qualifications: Expertise in data-driven design-you leverage insights and research to make decisions that lead to exceptional results. A growth mindset: You thrive in environments where innovation is key, and you're constantly looking for ways to push boundaries and challenge the status quo. Global collaboration experience: You're used to working across time zones and designing for diverse audiences, and you excel in a fast-paced, distributed environment. Excellent communication and storytelling: You can present complex design concepts clearly to a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring alignment and excitement around your vision. Experience working with sales, finance, marketing, customer success. MS degree in relevant field Digital portfolio (outside of LinkedIn) to be submitted when applyingThe base salary budgeted range for this position is $140-170K.
