You will use your knowledge of NLU, NLP, GenAI and Design Thinking process to collaborate with partner teams, facilitate conversations, create concepts, frameworks, training material, run design sprints and build rapid prototypes to leverage the collective creativity. You'll employ your great strengths in storytelling to present your vision and design rationale in a compelling, convincing manner to cross-functional partners and the leadership team. While working with partners to determine a shared plan forward that balances business and technology considerations, you'll craft experiences that are intuitive to use and accessible for all.You'll sweep us off our feet if you have...• Experience working with NLU, IVR or GenAI models.• You have a strong point of view and are an effective champion for design and inclusive experiences.• A demonstrable track record working cross-functionally with shipping successful products in a fast-paced environment.
