What You Will Be Doing:

Manage the commercial activities of specific products with the aim of maximizing revenue and profitability to ensure the commercial success of monetization products

Own the P&L responsibility of the product/squad

Set direction for and foster collaboration between functional chapter squad members

Live at the center of marketing and product development, to ensure optimal customer acquisition, activation, retention and upsell to maximize value

Manage relationships with 3rd parties relevant to squad products

Set pricing and packaging with the right analytical and consumer-backed approach for the product leveraging pricing specialist expertise

Optimize revenue funnel for a better user experience

Create the infrastructure that enables analysis of user behavior, scientific experimentation, and targeted promotions

Enable a better explanation of the value proposition and train the user, which ultimately leads to better conversion


You’ll Be Great For This Role If:

+8 years of experience in e-commerce or online marketplace  

University degree in business, marketing, communications, mathematics, or any related field

Strong communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams 

Creative problem-solving and analytical thinking  

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions and drive change in a dynamic environment.

Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and analytics tools
