Job Title: Facilities Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing mechanical and electrical repairs to facility equipment. This includes troubleshooting and repairing air compressors, HVAC systems, plumbing, water systems, boilers, chillers, and light electrical components.Responsibilities• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs to facility equipment.• Troubleshoot and repair air compressors, HVAC systems, plumbing, water systems, boilers, chillers, and light electrical components.• Ensure all equipment is maintained in optimal working condition.• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.• Respond promptly to repair requests and emergencies.Essential Skills• Facilities maintenance experience.• Proficiency in air compressor repairs.• Knowledge of plumbing systems.• Experience with industrial HVAC maintenance and repair.• Skills in boiler maintenance.• Ability to perform light electrical work.Additional Skills & Qualifications• Any education and/or certificates related to the maintenance field are a bonus.Why Work Here?This is a direct placement opportunity, offering long-term job security and stability.
