Title: Financial Reporting ManagerLocation: Fort Worth, TX (3 Days' In-Office/2 Days' Work-From-Home)Compensation: $120,000 to $130,000 + Bonus + Company PerksWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Reporting Manager to join our client's dynamic team in Fort Worth. As a key member of the department, you will play a crucial role in overseeing their financial reporting processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. They are a well-known, publicly-traded organization and will provide a vast amount of exposure to upper-level Executives.Responsibilities:• Manage the preparation and consolidation of internal and external financial statements in accordance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.• Coordinate the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports, including SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q) and other regulatory filings as necessary.• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Tax, Treasury, and Legal, to support financial reporting requirements and address accounting issues.• Monitor changes in accounting standards and regulations, assess their impact on the company, and implement necessary adjustments.• Lead and mentor a team of financial reporting professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.• Support external auditors and regulatory agencies during audits and reviews.Requirements:• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and CPA is required• 5+ years' progressive experience within financial reporting, preferably with prior exposure to Public Accounting• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting• Experience with financial consolidations and reporting systems; proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) is a plus• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detailIf this sounds like a role you are interested in, please send your resume directly to Skylar Morrison at skylar.morrison@lhh.com.
