Job Overview

The Payments Analyst will be a key member of the Payments team, responsible for managing day-to-day payment queries from clients and colleagues, coordinating with vendors, and collaborating with the R&P Product team on various projects. This role also involves maintaining strong and effective working relationships with current and future service providers across the group.

Main Responsibilities

  • Daily monitoring of PSP balances, to ensure sufficient funds for processing.
  • Perform analysis on various metrics across multiple payment solutions.
  • Conduct daily transactional reconciliations.
  • Manage settlements for PSPs that do not support automated settlement processes.
  • Executing requested refunds using back-office applications
  • Liaise with payment vendors for account openings, onboarding, updates and compliance related requests.
  • Support the Product team with new implementations, system updates, and ongoing projects.
  • Handle internal and external payment related queries related to payments.
  • Collate monthly fees, perform invoice reconciliation, and prepare reports.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Mathematics, or any other relevant field.
  • At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar role, working with online payment solutions.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Any additional languages will be considered as an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Previous experience within the forex industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
