Reporting to the Head of Design, you will be essential to Lingoda's growth as we expand our team, business, and products.You will collaborate within a cross-functional Pod alongside the Product Manager, Engineers, and QA team, with support from our User Research and Product Analytics teams.Your tasks:- Work closely with Product Management, User Experience Research, Digital Education, and Engineering to align design strategies with business goals and technical capabilities- Transform ideas into successful intuitive designs. Your role: infuse user experience in every detail, from concept to final design, shaping the product's future with clarity and creativity- Ensure aesthetic, layout, composition, and information architecture align with the overall Lingoda ecosystem- Contribute to the enhancement of design processes within the organisation to optimise efficiency and quality- Use data and metrics (such as conversion rate, user retention and engagement metrics) to inform design decisions and measure the impact of design changes- Contribute to user stories and ensure that our engineering team has the appropriate designs, assets, and guidelines to be able to successfully develop the designs- Support the creation of experiments, like A/B tests or multivariate tests, to optimise our product- Identify new user needs and generate innovative ideas- Give and receive feedback in design critiques and product conversations. Pair-design to improve the work, ideate, and have fun togetherYou bring to Lingoda:- Preferably 5+ years of experience in design- Experience with industry-standard product design tools such as Figma, Miro, Hotjar, and UserTesting, among others- Strong communication skills to effectively present your work and bring key stakeholders on board.
