This role offers a hybrid work option, meaning you can both work from home and commute to a LinkedIn office, depending on what’s best for you and when it is important for your team to be together.We are looking for a Sr. Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support to senior leaders. You will be responsible for skillfully interacting with management within and outside of the company, comfortably communicating with customers, vendors and visitors and flawlessly handling confidential and critical details. You will also be responsible for anticipating the needs of multiple managers and flexibly accommodating work schedulesResponsibilities:• Plan, organize and manage multiple calendars (resolve overlapping commitments and protect time for priorities)• Collect and prepare information used for presentations and meetings• Document meeting minutes as well as manage action items• Coordinate all global travel arrangements• Manage logistics for special events such as team all-hands or off-sites• Prepare and submit expense reports and purchase requisitions in a timely manner• Manage special projects, as agreed with manager(s)• Work with cross-functional partners on reporting and reconciliation (I.e. budget tracking)• Maintain email distribution lists / aliasesQualificationsBasic Qualifications:• 3+ years of experience working at the senior level in an administrative or coordination rolePreferred Qualifications:• Experience with project and budget management• Excellent communication, teamwork and organizational skills• Ability to professionally interact with senior leaders and anticipate their needs• Comfortable supporting multiple leaders of large teams• Ability to take initiative and exercise good judgment, discretion and confidentiality in all tasks• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and cloud-based applications (SharePoint)• Thrives in a fast-paced and demanding environment• Efficiently handle time, prioritize tasks, and meeting deadlines, even in ambiguous situations• Operate with a sense of urgency and collaboration, aligning seamlessly with LinkedIn's Culture and Values.• Flexible and can adapt to changes in time and decisions• Assume best intent and faces challenging situations with optimism• Approach situations with a growth mindset and apply learning to future challenges• Actively participate and collaborate with colleagues, fostering a dynamic and cooperative work environment.Suggested Skills:• Communication• Collaboration• Stakeholder ManagementLinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.The pay range for this role is $71,000 to $116,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
