To qualify for the Assistant Toddler Teacher position at Little Sprouts LLC, candidates must pass required state and company background checks, possess a high school diploma or GED (or be enrolled in classes), and hold or have the ability to complete the EEC teacher certification. Additionally, candidates should be able to physically engage with children, standing, moving, and lifting up to 30 pounds throughout the day.
