Director Customer Success, North America
LivePerson is seeking a Director of Customer Success who will manage the Customer Success team focused on Enterprise and Mid-Market customer segments in North America, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing the value derived from the LivePerson platform.

- Collaborate closely with sales leadership on strategies and account opportunities
- Address escalated client issues promptly
