Manager, Treasury and Statutory Accounting
Manager position overseeing cash operations and statutory compliance of all LivePerson entities. Looking for a candidate with proven accounting experience, management skills, and ability to lead treasury professionals.
Skills
- Proven accounting experience
- Effective management and leadership skills
- Forecasting cash accurately
- Experience with foreign statutory audits and compliance
- Knowledge of accounting ERP systems like Kyriba or SAP
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Excel
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily cash position and movements
- Lead and manage a team of treasury professionals
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and reporting
- Oversee global cash and VAT accounting
- Assist in the coordination of international operations' financial statements
- Review and manage subsidiaries' cash flow transactions and VAT items
- Maintain accounting policies and internal controls
- Participate in special projects and process improvements
- Establish goals and monitor progress of team members
Education
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- CPA preferred
