Job Purpose

Major Task will be recruitment of manpower and training them on AHL business. Area mapping and following up with DST’s will be his day-to-day activity. Ensure per man productivity from DST and drive AHL business from Branch Banking channel. Also responsible for cross selling to the existing base and cross selling other bank products to the new customers. He is responsible for P & L of the Location assigned to him.

• Recruitment & Training of Manpower

• Handholding the DST’s & Driving the productivity.

• Area mapping & Marketing Activities

• Achievement of Annual targets for both DST’s & Branches.

• Ensure Profitability of AHL Business

• Responsible for Portfolio Quality

Job Duties & responsibilities

• Ensure Manpower against Budgeted numbers

• Ensure every DST to follows the sales process and Join him for customer visits.

• Ensure DST’s does regular marketing activities and participates in the traders/association meetings in the given Area.

• Closely work with branch banking team and attend the branch leads.

• Ensure all corporate office initiatives are being implemented

Required Experience

• 3-5 Years of experience in sourcing Housing Loan.

• At least 1-2 years of experience in team handling.
