We are looking for a technical Software Integration Lead to manage and focus our Virtual Integration Team (VIT).What You Will Be DoingYour responsibilities will span the technology development lifecycle, including system and software design and collaboration, automation tooling and infrastructure improvements, and software integration. Work will include a multitude of host systems, including aircraft software, simulated systems, and laboratory environments that include constructive simulations, physical hardware, and system simulations.- Establish and manage a multi-program team of software engineers- Develop and drive performance to a technical roadmap to ensure defect containment, through use of our virtual software environments (LIDS, MVDL, RVDL, etc.)- Develop, integrate, support, and debug software- Troubleshoot and support CI/CD build pipelines- Support the virtual development labs and aircraft software processes- Design, develop and leverage open-source, commercial and in-house software to support automation infrastructure- Attend and participates in daily scrums, sprint reviews and technical demosWhat’s In It For You: 3 day weekends every weekend!From onsite to remote, we offer flexible work schedules to comprehensive benefits investing in your future and security, Learn more about Lockheed Martin’s comprehensive benefits package here.Do you want to be part of a company culture that empowers employees to think big, lead with a growth mindset, and make the impossible a reality? Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
