What You Will Do:
• Oversee daily coffee cart operations to ensure efficient and smooth service.
• Open and close the coffee cart according to procedures, maintaining operational readiness.
• Monitor and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring proper functionality and prompt repairs.
• Ensure product displays are clean, appealing, and fully stocked at all times.
• Lead and schedule barista teams, ensuring adequate staffing during all shifts.
• Provide training on beverage preparation, guest service, and cash handling procedures.
• Motivate and coach staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high performance.
• Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Promote upselling techniques to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering to maintain stock and minimize waste.
• Conduct regular inventory checks, reconciling discrepancies and controlling costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Oversee cash handling, ensuring accurate reconciliation and reporting of daily sales.
• Analyze sales trends and recommend strategies to improve performance and revenue.
• Prepare and submit detailed sales reports as required by management.
• Other duties as assigned.
Your Experience Includes:
• Minimum of one year of food and beverage experience, preferably in a coffee environment.
• Prior leadership experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management skills to handle varying responsibilities efficiently.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
