We are currently seeking a dedicated Compliance Specialist to join our team at Oakbrook Manor I (107 units) and Oakbrook Manor II (107 units), both 55+ affordable housing properties. The Compliance Specialist will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with Section 42 (IRS) and/or Project-Based Section 8 (HUD)regulations, and will be resident facing, ensuring to foster a positive living environment. Logan Property Management is on the lookout for a passionate Compliance Specialist to join our team at Oakbrook Manor I and Oakbrook Manor II, located in scenic Fort Collins, CO. As a Compliance Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our operations meet Section 42 (IRS) and Project-Based Section 8 (HUD) regulations in our 55+ affordable housing communities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on resident relations, where you'll assist with smooth move-ins and move-outs, manage inquiries, and help maintain a vibrant sense of community through events. Additionally, you will support leasing processes, ensuring all documentation complies with relevant guidelines while actively monitoring occupancy rates. Your keen organizational skills will play a big part in coordinating property maintenance, overseeing timely work orders, and conducting inspections to keep our facilities in top-notch condition. You will also work closely with the Community Manager on financial management, rent collection, and regulatory reporting—all vital to our commitment to excellence in housing standards.
