Sr. GTM Enablement Specialist

About the Role

Lyra Health is seeking a Senior GTM Enablement Specialist to join our dynamic GTM Enablement team, with a strong focus on content creation, program design, and live facilitation. This is a hands-on GTM Enablement position where you will be directly responsible for developing and delivering enablement programs that empower our Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to drive exceptional value for our prospects and customers.


In this role, you will create impactful enablement content, design engaging learning experiences, and facilitate live training sessions, ensuring that our teams are equipped with the tools, resources, and skills needed to succeed in the market. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Operations to create enablement initiatives that are directly aligned with business objectives and that drive measurable outcomes. Your contributions will be critical in accelerating revenue growth and improving the customer experience.


Responsibilities:
  • Design, execute, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding, ramping, and ongoing skill development programs for GTM teams, ensuring alignment with the broader GTM Enablement strategy.
  • Develop, track, and oversee progress of assessments, certifications, and measurable outcomes for enablement programs, leveraging insights to make data-driven improvements and align them to our revenue targets to show impact.
  • Collaborate with the GTM Enablement team and cross-functional subject matter experts (SMEs) to create and deliver engaging enablement content, including communications, live facilitation, templates, and playbooks for market-facing teams.
  • Curate, create, and maintain multi-modality learning content within our LMS (WorkRamp) and enablement platform (Highspot), ensuring accessibility and alignment with team needs.
  • Contribute to the planning and facilitation of large-scale enablement initiatives, such as annual kickoffs and training sessions, reinforcing GTM strategies, product launches, and competitive positioning.
  • Partner with main stakeholders to assess enablement needs and translate them into actionable, impactful plans that drive team performance and outcomes.
  • Support the collection and reporting efforts for enablement programs and provide insights and recommendations to optimize initiatives and accelerate revenue growth.


Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in developing and delivering enablement programs for Sales, Customer Success, or Partnerships teams in an enterprise environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success or Enablement
  • Familiarity with enablement tools and systems such as Salesforce, WorkRamp, Highspot, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives while prioritizing tasks based on business impact.
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for helping others succeed and driving team alignment.
  • Experience in HR, Benefits, or Healthcare is a plus but not required.
  • Discernment and empathy for internal stakeholders’ pain points and needs, and an ability to translate those needs into concrete requirements
  • Strong interest in and willingness to learn and stay current with the latest Enablement trends
  • Ability to work both independently and be a strong partner to the Enablement team with a growth mindset, continual curiosity and construct proactive approach to solving problems 


$95,000 - $146,000 a year
The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time Sr. GTM Enablement Specialist position is $95,000 - $146,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location.

At Lyra, base salary is only one aspect of an employee’s total compensation package, which additionally may include discretionary restricted stock unit awards, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, and retirement benefits. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
