Job Description:

We are looking for part time Machine Operators to join our team! Schreiber Foods is a very stable company, everyone needs to eat!

Rate of Pay:

Up to $23.97 per hour based on experience.
Additional $0.50 per hour shift premium for working second shift.
Additional $1.00 per hour shift premium for working third shift.
For a limited time, additional shift premiums for second and third shift on weekends.

Shift/Schedule:

1st Shift (6:15am-2:15pm)
2nd Shift (2:15pm-10:15pm)
3rd Shift (10:15pm to 6:15am)

Job Duties:

Machine set up and operate cream cheese packaging machines and various code dating equipment
Review and follow posted production schedule and monitor for possible changes
Operate machines to meet production standards
Know and demonstrate all Safe Work SOP’s related to position
Monitor product and packaging for quality requirements by visual examination, weight checks, and examination of packaging components.
Complete all paperwork associated with production rates, weight checks and downtime. This requires a knowledge of basic math including % and decimal placement
Disassemble, clean, sanitize, reassemble packaging equipment, and documentation as required
Must be able to work safely and in a team environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
Regular attendance is a requirement
Other duties as assigned by leader
No degree/diploma required

Prior production/manufacturing machine operation experience, preferred in food or beverage industries
Ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely with minimal supervision
Mechanically inclined
Self-motivated, detail orientated individual who possesses a results-oriented mindset
One who works well in a team environment and has a proactive "can-do" mentality
Basic math skills and reading comprehension
