About the Role:

The Partner Delivery Manager will manage Partner Relations between Madison Logic and lead delivery partners. This is an Individual Contributor position. The successful candidate will be proactive, driven, and possess strong business & financial acumen. You must be a strong and direct communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of balancing the need for positive partner relations with strict delivery deadline & policy enforcement requirements.


Responsibilities:
  • Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our partners, acting as the primary point of contact for operational inquiries, issue resolution, and ongoing collaboration.
  • Partner Onboarding and Integration: Oversee the onboarding process for new partners, coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure successful integration of partner solutions into our platform. Provide guidance, documentation, and technical support throughout the integration process.
  • Operational Efficiency: Continuously assess and improve operational processes related to partner management, aiming to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and reduce manual efforts. Identify and implement automation opportunities to optimize partner-related operations.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor partner performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges. Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop strategies for maximizing partner performance and revenue generation.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve partner-related issues, working closely with internal stakeholders and partners to address concerns, troubleshoot technical problems, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to educate internal teams on partner-related processes, integrations, and best practices. Provide ongoing support and guidance to internal stakeholders regarding partner-related inquiries.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with partner agreements, contracts, and legal requirements. Monitor adherence to partner program guidelines, policies, and standards.
  • Industry and Market Awareness: Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the Marketing Technology space. Provide insights and recommendations for potential new partnerships or program enhancements


Basic Qualifications:
  • 2+ years experience in AdOps
  • Vendor/partner relationship or client management experience
  • Available to work weekends as needed


Other Characteristics:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.


₹20,00,000 - ₹24,00,000 a year
Expected Compensation: (Dependent upon Experience)
Fixed CTC: 20 LPA - 24 LPA

Work Environment:

We offer a mix of in-office and hybrid working. Hybrid remote work arrangements are not available for all positions. Please refer to the job posting detail to determine what in-office requirements apply. Where applicable, hybrid WFH days work must be conducted from your home office located in a jurisdiction in which Madison Logic has the legal right to operate. WFH requires availability and responsiveness on a full-time basis from a distraction free environment with access to high-speed internet. Please inquire for more details.


Pay Transparency/Equity:

We are committed to paying our team equitably for their work, commensurate with their individual skills and experience.  Salary Range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process taking into account the experience, education, certifications and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated team members, as well as employer-verified region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner.
