Manager (Administration), NMC

Job Description:
Prepare and manage the annual budget exercise to review the financial position.
Monitor training plans of centre and provide timely update
Implement documentation control and office management processes in timely manner
Manage the assets of the centre including timely update and disposal
Provide advisory on relevant governance framework, policies and procedure to staff
Drive new initiatives and processes to improve operational efficiency, optimize resources and achieve cost saving

Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree in business administration, Science or equivalent
3 years or more of relevant work experience preferred
Good communication skills and problem-solving skills
Teamwork, self-driven and multi-tasking abilities
Positive attitude and able to work independently
