Manager, Business Development (Hybrid)

What you'll be doing:

• Grow and maintain a very positive team and sales culture
• Recruit, hire, and develop BDRs so that they are successful at Spring Health and long term in their careers
• Identify, make recommendations, and implement areas of improvement around process, efficiency, and productivity
• Partner with senior sales management, marketing and other business partners to develop a successful GTM strategy
• Refine and evolve a scalable, measurable, and predictable process for running and growing the team
• Provide regular updates into the effectiveness of current strategy based on data and sales reporting

What we expect from you:

• You have a minimum of 2 years of proven working experience coaching and growing a team
• You have a consistent track record of 100%+ quota achievement
• You have a deep understanding of how to implement and execute a multi-pronged approach
• You have proficient cold calling experience with the ability to train a team to be effective callers
• You have a passion for working for a mission driven company in a fast paced environment
• You have the ability to work out of our NYC office 3x a week
• You have experience as a Sales Executive, preferred

The target salary range for this position is $112,000- $133,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
