As Manager of Demand Generation, you’ll be part of Fund That Flip’s growing Marketing team and own customer acquisition and retention initiatives that directly contribute to the success of our business. Reporting to the VP, Marketing, you’ll lead a team of demand specialists and work closely with cross-functional partners (Analytics, Brand, Content, Creative, Events and Product) to grow both sides of our marketplace. You’ll be responsible for managing execution across demand generation channels (SEM, SEO, CRO, Display, affiliate, partnership, etc.) and collaborating with the Marketing, Revenue and Operations teams to continuously optimize our full-funnel marketing programs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage planning and execution of Fund That Flip’s demand generation strategy across both sides of our customer marketplace (borrower and investor).
- Track and report on the performance of demand programs against defined KPIs, and analyze results to deliver insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, through monthly/quarterly business reviews.
- Manage marketing program budgets in coordination with department-level processes.
- Develop strategic roadmaps, partnering with cross functional teams, to optimize marketing performance around marketplace KPIs, acquisition cost and lifetime value.
- Lead, coach and manage a team of demand specialists and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Coordinate with Brand, Content and Events teams to plan and manage demand programs.
- Leverage customer insights and segmentation to collaborate with the Creative team on messaging and asset development for demand marketing channels.
- Develop a learning agenda to guide experimentation and testing for demand campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent level of education.
- 4+ years of “hands on” experience managing multi-channel digital advertising campaigns.
- 2+ years of direct people management on a marketing team.
- Experience managing B2B and B2C marketing campaigns, preferably for a high-growth technology company, and/or two-sided marketplace.
- Strong data analytics skills and proficiency with spreadsheets (vlookups, etc.) and SQL.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing channels and related technologies, including analytics and advertising platforms, CMS, CRMs, CDPs, DSPs, ESPs, etc. Certifications are a plus!
- Demonstrated ability to contribute effectively on a collaborative, cross-functional team.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to proactively identify growth opportunities and successfully execute within a matrix environment.
- Exceptional communication abilities.

- You are highly analytical with a proven ability to strategize, measure and communicate data-driven decisions.

- You are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
