Manager, Design Verification Engineering

Develop verification methodologies and infrastructures to solve new problems; work with other functional teams to ensure delivery of high-quality silicon; own verification schedules and report progress metrics; implement improvements in productivity, quality, and project lead time; mentor, manage, recruit, and lead verification engineers performing functional verification of mixed-signal audio CODECs and amplifiers; provide technical mentoring and architect verification strategies for the team.

REQUIREMENTS

Master of Science in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a closely related field plus five years of relevant experience. Alternatively, a Bachelor of Science in one of the foregoing fields plus seven years of relevant experience or a PhD in one of the foregoing fields plus three years of relevant experience. In all cases, experience must include three years of experience experience in test plan, test bench, and test development; three years of experience in a UVM and System Verilog verification environment; three years of experience developing verification infrastructure and methodologies; and three years of project leadership experience in mixed-signal design verification. All experience may be earned concurrently

This position is located in Austin, TX

This is a hybrid position and will follow a 2+ day in-office work schedule, with in-office days based on business needs and team preference. You must be based within commutable distance of the work location listed on the job posting, or willing to relocate prior to beginning employment with Cirrus Logic.
