• B.S. or above degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• 8-10+ Oracle Fusion Application Technology Stack, Fusion Supply Chain, Process Manufacturing Warehouse Management, Supply Planning and Finance
• 3 + years of experience in Oracle Fusion Applications Technology Stack
• 3+ years of people Management experience including managing distributed and contract development teams
• Hands-on experience developing Real-time/ Enterprise scale applications with proven experience in Purchase Orders, Sales orders scheduling, Production Orders, Production Scheduling, Production Resource Loads, Inventory Management, Process Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, Fusion Cloud Supply Planning, Quality process, standard costs, production calendars and other related supply chain and production functions.
• Experience implementing Oracle Fusion Applications with a focus on Supply Chain Management modules
• Proven knowledge and experience developing custom business applications utilizing Oracle technology frame works including ADF and Fusion technologies.
• Strong demonstrable development expertise in one or more of the following technologies: version control and build systems; Application Lifecycle Management (ALM); Distributed application architecture; SQL Server/RDBMS/PL SQL, SQL *Plus, and NoSQL; Unit testing, and n-tiered development projects
• Capability and willingness to participate in software development/coding process on all levels if necessary – from simple development tasks to complex core framework development
• Ability to lead and communicate orally, in written documents, and in formal presentations is required
• Strong development experience using agile development techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Candidate Profile

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Architect, build and deliver products that delight customers with scalable and maintainable code under the hood
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and effectively lead and manage team members.
• Proven expertise at consuming REST services and dealing with error cases
• Ensure consistent process and provide technical guidance during business requirements and specifications development phases
• Provide oversight, assistance, and guidance to development of the application security architecture supporting the applications
• Provide oversight and guidance to the development of coding standards, best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure quality through design reviews, code reviews and development of standards.
• Serve as a mentor to team members by demonstrating alternate techniques, reviewing code, and strengthening skills
• Accountable for quality and deliverables
• Must be able to interact well with multiple priorities in an extremely dynamic environment, initiating necessary tasks and ensuring complete follow up
• Research and recommend appropriate application development best practices, and tools
• Develop new functionality on our existing software products and Provide development support and assistance for escalations and issues
• All other responsibilities as assigned
• Ensure the security of Driscoll’s confidential and proprietary information and materials
• Responsible for managing activities in collaboration with Information services, business, vendor and other third parties to accomplish goals, objectives and planned growth.
• Domestic and international travel required up to 25%.

• Advanced Experience in Oracle Fusion Applications with Specialization in Fusion Supply chain planning, Warehouse management and Fusion Process Manufacturing

Salary Range estimated for Manager II, Application Development $106,700 - $162,800 USD.
