About the team:

You will be managing or be a part of an essential team that handles the day to day cash movement of a clearing broker dealer. You will be responsible to ensure customer cash movements are processed accurately and in compliance with all applicable regulatory rules and regulations.

The preferred location for this position is in or around Robinhood's offices in NYC, NY or Menlo Park, CA or Seattle WA, with in-office work capabilities, as may be required by management. However, remote work in limited geographies within the U.S. may be considered. Check with your recruiter for more information.

What we are looking for:

A great deal of experience in managing cash movements and other treasury functions of a clearing broker dealer.
Good understanding of the accounting flow for money movements and ability to build accounting specifications for new products and processes.
Experience with managing multiple projects and project deliverables and partnering cross functionally.
Experience building cash and suspense account reconciliations and open items resolution plan.
Experience with process automation and digital tools to enhance process efficiency.
Ability to coordinate with others, set and achieve goals, and resolve problems while maintaining a strong sense of teamwork that works collaboratively across departments
Ability to thrive in a fast paced and constantly evolving work environment
Strong problem-solving skill and bias toward action and automation
Ability to identify inefficiencies in operational processes, bring up concerns and provide suggestions on alternative solutions
General understanding of cash movement for Futures.

About you:

Bachelor's in finance, accounting, business, or relevant work experience
5+ years experience in Brokerage Operations, Financial Services, or related field
Series 24, or Series 27 required
Upholding and spreading the Robinhood Culture in all cross functional interactions

The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood's equity plan.

US Zone 1: $140000 - $165000
US Zone 2: $123000 - $145000
US Zone 3: $110000 - $129000

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. You can view comp zones for our US office locations in the table below. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
