About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and human-centric Manager, People Experience that will take the lead on reinforcing our culture and drive new hire success as we scale rapidly. As part of the People Team, you will work across all departments to ensure individuals and teams have an effective roadmap for being successful and feeling like they belong at Lattice.
We are looking for a creative thinker, with an entrepreneurial mindset who understands how to create amazing experiences, has phenomenal communication and content creation skills, and has experience with establishing thoughtful workplace practices designed to both attract and retain talented Latticians. As our subject matter expert, you will be trusted to lead our largest and highest priority people to experience initiatives, including Onboarding, Knowledge Management, and Employee Engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Design and implement a comprehensive employee experience strategy embedded with the company’s mission, values, and keep employee mental, emotional, and physical wellness top of mind.
Partner with stakeholders across the People team to ensure a seamless experience from recruitment, onboarding, and development.
Design and manage a system for organizing company sources of truth, and working with departments on best practices for keeping content up-to-date, consistent, accessible to the right people, and easy to find.
Partner with the brand and marketing team specifically to model our client experience with our employee experience.
Partner with internal and external communications to ensure consistency in our messaging.
Advise and design interventions or solutions to tackle themes that come out of employee feedback both informal and formal.
Assess the impact of People practices, benefits, and policies on the employee experience and advise on proactive approaches to company wellness.
Create connectedness between in-person and remote employees, working cross-functionally with many different groups, bringing them together.
Plan and execute purposeful and outcome-driven events and employee engagement programs geared to attract and retain talent.
Partner closely with business leaders to assess the effectiveness and impact of programs
Check and monitor the heartbeat of employee experience and engagement through surveys, peer-to-peer chat, KPI’s, rewards, meetings, and reports on status, progress, and themes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Psychology, Digital Media, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 4-6 years of employee experience, internal communication, onboarding, and/or employee engagement experience, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth global company.
Demonstrated experience in working with knowledge management systems like G-Suite Tools, Notion, Guru, or Confluence.
Strong communication, and presentation skills.
Deep analytical, pragmatic, adaptable mindset, with the ability to evaluate data and feedback to implement solutions and action plans.
Ability to quickly establish credibility to partner effectively with business leaders and people team colleagues to define and deliver effective processes, data, and programs that support the business goals.
Skills using Google Docs, Google Slides, or other communication skills.
