Manager, PSS Enterprise Brand & Content

  • This role requires 2-3 days per week onsite in East Hanover, New Jersey

Your opportunity to enhance our client’s effectiveness in supporting health care providers, patients and caregivers to start-and-stay on appropriate therapy and ultimately drive an increase in their brand’s marketplace trust and value. You will proactively assess and develop patient services program support tactics, content and materials that effectively aid in overcoming barriers to reimbursement, access and adherence. In this role, you will partner with a single agency-of-record partnership to development a single lexicon, content harmonization, content management system and PSS enterprise brand.

Your goal will be to enable a consistent, simple and valued experience with our Client’s PSS group, regardless of product, across prescribers, practice managers/coordinators, patients and internal stakeholders. The Manager will work with the Associate Director to realize consistency, scale and speed from content that is an appropriate blend of harmonization and brand configurability. Creating and leveraging template materials while embedding unique custom approaches required for maximum impact.


You will need to be a hands-on contributor who can own assigned workstreams with little direct oversight. Reimbursement and access landscape knowledge and marketing proficiency will be important.

Major Accountabilities

  • Execute on the PSS strategy for each customer archetype by translating PSS program strategy to field reimbursement, patient adherence, access solution content.
  • Build relationships with internal and external key stakeholders, to ensure clear communication, collaboration and insights around decision making and progress

Capabilities

  • Manage third-party agency and market research relationships and deliverables
  • Familiarity with approval and governance processes (e.g., MLR /Enterprise Branding)
  • PSS, marketing, branding and access marketing acumen
  • Execute at enterprise, “above brand” level and translate to brand-configurable tactics
  • Agile/Product Management experience, agency and digital savvy

About you:


  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required (MBA preferred)
  • 3-7 years of relevant Pharmaceutical experience (e.g., patient services, market access, field reimbursement, sales training, commercial or patient services operations)
  • 2+ Years of Marketing experience required, Customer and/or Patient Marketing and/or In-line marketing in Pharmaceuticals, Biotech, Healthcare experience preferred

Salary

$59,000 to $70,800 annually

The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
