The University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB), Center for Information Technology Services has an exciting opportunity available for a Functional Manager of Student Enterprise Applications (Manager, IT Enterprise Applications Analysis). The position manages complex projects involving Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems that require an in-depth understanding of the application functionality, configuration options, integrations, processes, and data flow. It requires the ability to use a variety of complex techniques and tools, and an oversight of related tasks. Specifically, this position manages the functional aspects of Banner, Self-Service Banner, Degree Works, CRM Recruit, Blackboard, Mediasite and AppWorx. The Functional Manager of Student Enterprise Applications works in partnership with the Technical Manager of Student Enterprise Applications and collaborates with upper-level managers in providing leadership and ensuring quality deliverables for the campus as well as ongoing support and maintenance.
Primary Duties:
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Administration, Computer Engineering or a related field to application, such as business, finance, or human resources.
Experience: Five (5) years of experience in a functional area that required the use of ERP software packages (e.g. PeopleSoft/Oracle, Banner, etc.), or other enterprise wide application software (e.g. COEUS, Maximus ERS). Extensive experience with all aspects of software development and analysis.
Supervisory Experience: One (1) year of experience in work coordination of others or direct supervisory experience.
Preferred Experience: Extensive experience with all aspects of software development and analysis. In-depth experience with Ellucian software solutions to include but not limited to: Banner (e.g., Student, Financial Aid, General, Accounts Receivable), Self-Service Banner, Degree Works, CRM Recruit, Ethos, Experience, and/or Intelligent Learning Platform. Experience with Blackboard to include Collaborate, Ally, other LTIs or alternative LMS applications; Mediasite or other lecture-capturing applications; AppWorx or other job automation applications.

Salary Range: $122,000-$135,000 (Commensurate with education and experience)
