As a Lead Frontend Developer, you will have the opportunity to work with a young, dynamic, and motivated team. You will enjoy a high degree of autonomy in your role, while reporting directly to the CTO and collaborating closely with the Head of Product.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•Follow software development processes and coding conventions

•Perform system enhancements and defect resolutions

•Troubleshoot issues in a timely manner, respond, attend to investigate and solve all outages, scheduled and non-scheduled downtime or maintenance of the applications

•Enforce high test coverage for our products and service

•Effectively communicate your technical solutions and product ideas with the team

•Plan, develop, and delegate tasks for other team members (internal and external)

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

•Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on experience in designing & developing web applications

•At least 2 years of experience with React

•Proficient in HTML, CSS, and cross-browser compatibility

•Knowledge of APIs

•Expertise in Front-End modern frameworks/libraries like React, Angular, or Vue.js

•Good understanding in software architecture and design

•Good understanding of coding principles

•Habits on writing clean code

•Team Leadership: Ability to mentor junior developers, set coding standards, and review code effectively

•Strong English communication skills to work effectively with designers, back-end developers, product managers, and stakeholders.

•Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, and task prioritization

•Aptitude for making technical decisions aligned with business goals and technical feasibility

•Demonstrate organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills

•Team Player: Collaborates effectively, supports teammates, and communicates openly to achieve shared goals

•Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities

•High critical thinking to evaluate alternatives and present proof of concept solutions that can help business objectives and concepts

•Proactive and self-motivated

Advantageous Skills:

•Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Science, Engineering or related

•SDLC knowledge

•Experience with Nodejs or any other Back End frameworks

•Experience in leading a team

•Experience or knowledge in AWS and Docker

•Experience with AI agents or assistants like GitHub Copilot
