The Director of Strategy & Innovation plays a dual role, balancing technical solutions engineering responsibilities with ownership of the sales lifecycle and fostering strategic relationships. This position is responsible for driving new client acquisition, supporting sales efforts, managing the full lifecycle of deals, maintaining relationships with HubSpot representatives and sales teams, and maximizing upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Additionally, the Director contributes to the company’s strategic goals by delivering innovative solutions, building demos, and ensuring alignment between client needs and company offerings.
The Director of Strategy & Innovation reports to the Chief of Staff and collaborates closely with leadership and the sales team to drive growth and success.
This is a full-time position, reporting to the Chief of Staff. Standard hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional overtime based on client and company needs. The position may require limited out-of-area and overnight travel for client meetings or events.
