2nd Shift - 3pm-11pm

3rd Shift - 11pm - 7am

Job Description:

Carlisle Interconnect Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join our team in Saint Augustine, FL. The Manufacturing Associate will be responsible for performing duties in the manufacturing department of our facility. This position will be responsible for cleaning, cleaning and maintaining the facility, and will also be responsible for assisting with the production process. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment, be able to work independently, and be a team player.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Understand, translate, process work orders and other production documents.
Operate multiple production lines, adhering to standard work and quality guidelines.
Perform detailed quality assurance inspections to ensure product meets customers specifications.
Troubleshoot production machines to ensuring calibration and machinery meets requirements.
Utilize testing equipment when necessary – ovens, micrometers, and magnifying equipment.
Handle bare product, raw materials and finished goods by means of loading and unload spools and/or drums.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace by practicing proper 5S techniques.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Carlisle Interconnect Technologies is a clean facility, housing different machinery, equipment, processes, and chemicals which produce potential hazards in the work environment such as: ergonomic, chemical, machine point of operation, and powered industrial vehicle traffic. These hazards are controlled through means of engineering controls, such as machine guarding, and administrative controls, such as safety policies and programs. In certain areas of the facility, employees are required to wear Personal Protective equipment such as Hearing Protection, Safety Glasses, Safety Toe Shoes, and hand protection.
