Marketing Manager

Reports to: Marketing, Communication, and Organizational Development Director

FLSA Status: Exempt

Salary Range: $101,000 - $132,000

Position Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for the creation and implementation of business development initiatives that positively position ISEC to meet growth goals. This individual will drive ISEC’s brand strategy, produce sales enablement collateral, and manage our social media and website presence, with support from the Communication and Marketing Specialist and regional Marketing Coordinators. The role works closely with the Business Development and Organizational Development teams to enable company productivity and profitability. The ideal candidate is a driven self-starter who enjoys the creative process, collaborating with others, a fast-paced environment, learning the business, and the satisfaction of promoting ISEC products and people.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Creates and executes the development of marketing strategy, planning, and execution in close collaboration with the Business Development team.
  • Ensures the visual standards and brand guidelines are met consistently across all material.
  • Initiates and implements creative production of high-end internal and external marketing materials (print & digital), programs, and processes to attract and retain customers.
  • Writes and edits content as needed. Ensures external content maintains a “common voice/narrative”.
  • Maintains and manages digital assets.
  • Aligns social media strategy and implementation with company objectives for business development, growth and recruiting.
  • Messages and manages announcements and press releases.
  • Supports interview rehearsal/ preparation process. May participates in proposal creation for large scale bids.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with internal and external customers and public interest groups.
  • Develops and maintains internal communication channels, processes and tools including SharePoint.
  • Coordinates events and invitations including nationwide trade shows and internal conferences.
  • Manages and maintains company external website.
  • Oversees email marketing programs and compiles analytics for review.
  • Oversees and maintains company merchandise (ordering, billing, sourcing new products, etc.)
  • Manages outsourced deliverables (for design, photography, web development, video production and other communication and marketing projects) to ensure quality, cost and deliverable dates are meet.
  • Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of marketing methods, costs, and results
  • Travels as needed (estimated up to 25%)

Preferred Qualifications (in addition to minimum qualifications)

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Graphic Design or related area
  • Five or more years working in Corporate Marketing
  • Three years of experience in the Construction industry

Knowledge/Skills

  • Proficiency in Desktop Publishing Programs (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design)
  • Experience with recording, editing and video production
  • Strong website administration skills
  • Knowledge of Change Management principles
  • Brand development experience

Minimum Qualifications

Education/Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in a corporate environment
  • Minimum of five years Marketing experience
