Marketing Production Services Support (CONTRACT) REMOTE

Broadridge is hiring! The Marketing Production Services Support role has responsibility for accurate completion of production/fulfillment requests and must be able to work independent of supervision in all but extreme cases. This position is a key contact with supplier base and can execute instructions/ information to suppliers regarding technical specifications, costs, scheduling, and delivery expectations. This position has a critical degree of control over material accuracy and timely delivery. Incumbent must be familiar with current printing methods, standard purchasing procedures, department style standards, SEC deadlines and how mishandling of these elements can affect myriad areas of Macquarie Asset Management.

This is a temporary position expected to last up to one year. This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.

Major responsibilities:

Provide project management and production support in developing and updating regulatory documents.
Manage the process for supplementing prospectus and SAI PDFs and updates related to SEC fillings on delawarefunds.com.
Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Investor Communications, and Fund Oversight departments to ensure timely delivery of mail files and timely approval of regulatory documents.
Create and oversee schedules for shareholder report process. Work closely with Fund Admin, Compliance/Legal, and outside vendors to improve the efficiency of updating regulatory documents.
Create, monitor, and update mail schedules and data requests for all regulatory mailings. Oversee process of getting registered shareholder data from the transfer agent (BNYMellon) to the mail vendor (Broadridge).

· Oversee process of approving regulatory document eDelivery notifications sent by transfer agent (BNYMellon) to registered shareholders. · Responsible for sending updated regulatory document PDFs to EdgarCheckAlert@Broadridge.com for posting to DelawareFunds.com compliance envelope. Verify accuracy of content after posted by Broadridge.

Work closely with transfer agent to update and maintain forms and plan documents for retail mutual funds and retirement plans on the fulfillment website and DelawareFunds.com.
Proactively look for cost-saving opportunities, along with identifying industry best practices.
Manage invoices for monthly payment. This includes coding for fund charge-backs and submitting invoices to Accounts Payable for payment.
Other duties and projects as assigned by manager.

Required skills:

Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and manage deadlines.
Strong attention to detail; strong facility with Microsoft Excel and Word and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
Demonstrate ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects to best meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; dealing with internal and external clients and vendors on a daily basis.
Display excellence in completing assignments and initiative and drive in accomplishing tasks.
Demonstrate problem solving ability at a senior level, along with the ability to manage complex projects.

Education and experience:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, advertising or related field, or relative work experience.
Minimum 3 years production, fulfillment, and print purchasing experience required, in mutual fund investing
Experience with Coupa procure assist purchasing software, a plus.
Experience with Workfront, or other project management software, a plus.
Experience with Admaster Compliance™, or other Compliance advertising review software, a plus.

Hourly pay rate range is $150 per hour. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
