Job Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly versatile Marketing Operations Specialist to own, drive, and manage our Marketing technology stack. This role will drive operational efficiency within the Marketing department. We’re seeking an organized and methodical thinker who wants to help create campaigns that share Decent with our excited users by the most effective and efficient means possible.
This role will be focused on maintaining data integrity, managing automated processes, improving all conversion rates and executing marketing initiatives across business units through critical thinking, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration. The right person for this role is meticulous and takes a proactive approach to optimizing existing processes, researching and recommending new processes, and leveraging all aspects of our marketing technology stack. This position will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing lead flow to sales, managing our lead and customer database, along with providing campaign support across the organization.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partner with the other members of our Marketing & Sales teams to drive effective communication.
- Oversee the operational workflow of full-scale campaigns from project commencement to launch.
- Understand industry best practices for automation tools like Maketo, Salesforce, and various lead / account enrichment applications. Best practices can include lead routing frameworks, lead nurturing strategy, assessing lead scoring performance, optimizing integrations between marketing automation and Salesforce, user and data security practices.
- Serve as a key subject matter expert and provide ownership over the configuration, integration, and system administration for all Marketing technology stack applications, including Marketo, Outreach.io and Drift.
- Lead cross functional projects, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Product to identify objectives, create timelines, manage deadlines and manage communication to stakeholders while operating as the bridge between the Marketing team and Development team.
- Collaborate with Marketing stakeholders to measure marketing performance, analyze effects of marketing efforts on pipeline and revenue through use of dashboards and regular reporting.
- Identify and communicate insights to Marketing and Sales stakeholders and Decent leadership to drive pipeline and revenue generation.
Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience or a combination totaling 3 years in Marketing and or Sales Operations with hands-on experience with Marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot).
- You are driven by making marketing happen, data, measurement and technology, using it to improve the experience of our customers and delivery of leads into the sales organization. You have experience in working with and establishing strong rapport with Sales and Marketing, and Marketing campaign managers.
- You have an in-depth understanding of marketing tools, channels and attribution methodology
- You have an in-depth understanding of relational databases and systems integration in marketing and sales organizations (including CRM, marketing automation, website analytics, BI and enrichment tools).
Preferred Experience:
- You are proficient in HTML and/or Webflow
- You have a strong background in landing page creation and optimization
- You have experience as a Salesforce Admin
- You have enthusiasm for email copywriting
