With 170 offices across North America, we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the world’s leading professional services firm, Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC).A day in the life.As our Human Resources Coordinator on the HR department team, you’ll provide support and assistance in all areas of human resources, including payroll, benefits administration, administrative support and other areas as assigned. You will be an active contributor in planning and execution of local company events and promote a welcoming and engaging colleague experience in alignment with company purpose, commitments, and core values.Our future colleague.We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; or related training and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.• 1-3 years hands on Human Resources administration, in an office/corporate environment preferred. Specifically, in areas of Recruiting, Benefits, Total Rewards, and Onboarding.These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:• Advanced education with emphasis in Human Resources Management• PHR or SHRM-CP designation preferred.We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes.
